Danieli was formed in 1995 to service the needs of clients who had in-house production departments, but needed assistance when it came time to mount larger scale productions. Danieli often acts as a production service company, working directly with in-house departments, enabling clients to realize bigger, more challenging projects without being bogged down with the large markups of traditional production companies.

The production service arrangement allows the client complete creative control over their product, but borrows the production experience, professional personnel, and the creative and practical collaboration of veteran commercial production professionals.

The company is set up as a lean, efficient operation with low overhead, and offers various services like partial or complete insurance, payroll services, location contracts, casting, and talent negotiating and payment.

Danieli has produced jobs ranging from $500,000 to $20,000, and everything in between, for clients as diversified as BBDO, World Wrestling Entertainment, Spike TV, General Electric and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.- the private equity firm.
